DIMProductions G.K. is officially launching Shabering, a premium AI-driven English learning and slang dictionary application. We are opening an exclusive, high-yield brand partner tier for one selected native English creator or influencer currently residing in Japan.
Overview
This is not a standard affiliate or cheap pay-per-post gig. We are looking for a true partner. We will strictly vet all candidates, and for the single creator selected, we offer a solid guaranteed base salary combined with aggressive, uncapped recurring revenue.
Compensation Structure
¥300,000 Guaranteed Trial Package
- Fixed Guarantee: ¥300,000 guaranteed fixed payout for a 1-month Official Ambassador Contract, paid upon selection and onboarding. Not dependent on conversion milestones.
- 30% Uncapped Revenue Share: In addition to the guaranteed ¥300,000, you will permanently receive 30% of the gross subscription revenue from every user you bring to the platform. No ceiling.
- Initial Trial / Shortlist Check: A brief initial milestone of ¥15,000 may be used during the final interviewing phase to evaluate native feedback and positioning alignment.
What We Expect
- Performance Target: Use your personal creative style and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or Patreon to drive a target goal of 500+ active users to Shabering during the contract month.
- Native Slang Review: Verify and refine AI-generated slang and idioms. This requires zero technical skills, just authentic cultural intuition.
Location & Time
100% remote with fully flexible hours. Work anytime, anywhere. No hourly shifts.
Application Requirements
- Native English speaker currently based in Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, or similar areas.
- Active, high-engagement social media profiles in cosplay, modeling, streaming, lifestyle, or adjacent creator scenes.
- Absolute confidence in your marketing impact and organic ability to comfortably hit the 500-user conversion target.

DIMProductions G.K. reserves the right to strictly evaluate all applicants based on analytical metrics, engagement quality, and brand alignment. If no candidate meets the performance criteria to justify the guarantee, no hiring will be made.
